Registered Process Servers: Offering affordable service of process to all of Washington State. We serve legal documents for companies, law firms, and individuals nationwide. Documents include, but are not limited to subpoenas, writs, orders, notices, summons, complaints, eviction papers, and divorce documents. All of our process service jobs include online client process service status monitoring.
Trustee Sales Agents: Our trustee sales agents conduct foreclosure sales throughout Washington State.
Court Filings: Filing proof of service, summons and complaints, or other legal documents in listed county courts in Washington.
Notary Services: We have notary publics in-house to authenticate and notarize your legal documents. Our notaries can come to your office if needed.
Greg and MaryLee Rustand are the owners of the "People's Company." Founded in 1976 by Greg Rustand, first known as "The Server" opened in Anchorage, Alaska. Greg Rustand was born and raised in the Northwest. He served in the USAF, has a background in law enforcement. Greg continually serves his community, not just with volunteering his time to the Building Industry, but he has served as an appointed a Whatcom County Planning Commissioner, who worked actively with our State Legislators, served as an appointee of the Whatcom County Law and Justice Committee, and is presently working as a Project Land Representative Agent. As a private business owner and citizen Greg continues to work towards future Public / Private Business Relationship.
MaryLee Rustand announced her retirement in 2011 but continues to be a voice in the Legal Process Community via her affiliation with state and national industry associations. She is focused on how “New Technology” impacts the Process Service and Legal Community. MaryLee serves several associations, but has had a main focus on two associations that work together to protect “Due Process of Law;" NAPPS and WSPSA. Marylee has served on several committees, has been on the Board of Directors and is past President for NAPPS and WSPSA. She is very supportive of other State Associations, and in fact considers the NAPPS State Summits one of her greatest career accomplishments during her time on the NAPPS Board. MaryLee was elected to serve as the WSPSA 2008 – 2009 President. She is seriously devoted to the Legal Process Industry.
Tracy Wetsch: Corporate Administrator. Tracy came to work for SSP in 1986 and was the first ever employee hired by Greg and MaryLee Rustand. For 30 years, Tracy has been working hard within every phase of the business, ensuring SSP and A2Z the success it has achieved. For every service we provide, chances are she was involved on one level or another of that service. In addition to being very well liked by clients and employees alike, Tracy is the person who gets things done. Tracy is one of this company’s foundation employees and she sees every project through to the end.
Diane Pefley-Crawford: Administrative Manager of the Easter Washington branch office, A2Z Legal Support Services. Diane joined the Corporate Team in 1999, and has done an outstanding job, not only in managing the branch office, but for covering the largest section of the State in a professional manner.
About Our Process Servers
Our process servers know the laws of process for our state, always watch for laws of process concerning out of state papers, and appreciate special case instructions for those “hard to serve” papers. The servers are trained in house and required to pass a written test given by our company. The main objective for our process servers is to “Get it Served.”
